Description
10 Radnor Cliff is a mid-19th century building featuring two storeys, a basement, and attics, all of which are colourwashed. The hipped slate roof is adorned with two double dormers and has a paired bracket eaves cornice. The building showcases long and short quoins and a stringcourse. There are three sash windows, with the central one located in a two-storey projection that includes a doorcase. This doorcase features a modillion cornice and a round-headed design with a semi-circular fanlight and pilasters. The glazing bars are intact, except for the central window on the first floor. All windows are framed in Italianate architraves with cornices and brackets on the ground floor. The property is also complemented by cast iron spear railings. Numbers 6 to 22 (even) form a group with this building.
