Description
Old Farm Farmhouse and the Flat, Old Farm is a farmhouse that dates from the 18th century or earlier, featuring a facade from the late 18th century or early 19th century, along with 20th-century alterations. The building is timber framed, with the ground floor constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and the first floor tile-hung. It has a plain tile roof and stands two storeys high with attics on a plinth. The roof is hipped, and there is a rear stack to the left. The house has two hipped dormers and an irregular arrangement of two four-light casements. A central glazed door from the 20th century is present, along with lean-tos on both the right and left sides. There is also a rear lean-to with stacks on either side. The interior has not been inspected.
