Description

America Farmhouse is a farmhouse that dates from the 18th century or earlier. It features a timber frame, with the ground floor constructed of red and grey brick in Flemish bond and the first floor tile-hung. The building has a plain tile roof and stands two storeys high with a garret. The roof is half-hipped, and there is an off-centre ridge stack located to the right. The windows are arranged irregularly, consisting of four casements: two are three-light and two are two-light. At the rear, there are two short conjoined wings, each with hipped roofs and a stable door on the rear gable end. The interior has not been inspected.
