Description
Shenley House is a house dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century. It has a timber frame, with the ground floor finished in painted brick laid in Flemish bond. The first floor features exposed framing with red brick infilling, and the roof is covered with plain tiles. The house has a lobby entry plan consisting of three timber-framed bays, including a stack bay, and it stands two storeys high. The exterior displays square panelling with two panels per storey and has an irregular arrangement of windows, featuring two three-light leaded casements. There is a panelled door with two top lights and a flat corniced bracketed hood located beneath the stack. The interior has not been inspected.
