Description
Bletchenden Place is a 17th-century house located on Bletchenden Road in Headcorn. It features a timber-framed structure with red and grey brick on the ground floor and tile-hanging on the first floor. The house has a plain tile roof and stands two storeys tall with a half-hipped roof. There is a multiple brick ridge stack positioned to the left of the center. The windows are arranged irregularly, consisting of three 3-light casements, along with two French windows on the ground floor. A boarded door is situated under a gabled hood at the left end of a rear lean-to. The interior has not been inspected. The house was formerly known as Little Bletchenden.
