Description

Tile Barn House is a house dating from the 16th century or earlier, which was later refronted in the mid-20th century. It is constructed with timber framing and tile hanging on the ground floor, with red birch tiles. The upper parts are red brick. The roof is tiled, with a hipped roof and stacks on the left and right sides. The front range was built in the mid-20th century. The house has two storeys, with two metal casement windows on each floor. Boarded doors are located on the left and right returns. A rear wing features a hipped roof with large gablets, and a catslide extending outwards to the left.
