Description
Chapmans Farmhouse is a farmhouse, now a house, that dates from the 17th century or earlier, with a 19th-century facade. The ground floor is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, while the first floor is hung with diagonal stripes of dark and lighter tiles. The building has a plain tile roof and is two storeys high with a garret, featuring a half-hipped roof. There is a rear stack towards the left end and another stack towards the centre, along with a projecting brick stack to the right. The windows are arranged irregularly and consist of three 3-light casements. A panelled door is located between the right and central windows, and there is a rear wing to the left. The interior has not been inspected.
