Description

Mathurst Farm Cottages is a house or house pair dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is timber framed and weatherboarded, topped with a plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and sits on a rendered plinth, featuring a half-hipped roof with a brick stack located on the front slope towards the centre. The windows are arranged irregularly, with two small three-light paned casements flanking the stack, and each has a three-light ground-floor casement below. There is one boarded door between each ground-floor window and the gable end, with the door to the left numbered 4. The interior has not been inspected.
