Farmhouse, perhaps formerly mill. Later C18. Painted brick on painted brick plinth with boxed eaves to plain tiled hipped roof. Return gable at left end projecting from roof. Tall C19 brick stack to left. Two storeys. Irregular 7 bay front, glazing bar sashes. Central 6 panel door. Low wing with steep hipped roof to right.
