Description

Gardeners Cottage is an early 18th-century house located on the east side of Coldred Road, Eythorne. The building is constructed of red brick, with tile hanging on the right return, and has a plain tiled roof. It is two storeys high, set on a plinth, and features a half-hipped roof with stacks positioned to the left and right. The first floor has two glazing bar sashes and a central blank window space. The ground floor has two glazing bar sashes and a central boarded door, which is protected by a flat hood supported by brackets.
