Plain tiled and slate roof. Two storeys with brick eaves cornice to left, wooden eaves cornice to right and central stack. Irregular fenestration of 1 sash and 3 glazing bar sashes on first floor, and 1 sash and 2 glazing bar sashes on ground floor. Door of 6 panels, the top 2 glazed, to centre right with pediment on pilasters. Glazed door to centre left, and glazed gabled shop front at end left. Included for group value.
