Description

This barn, located about 20 metres northeast of Jossenblock, dates back to 1725. It is timber framed and covered with weather boarding, resting on a base of brick and flint, topped with a corrugated iron roof. The barn features a hipped roof with two flat-roofed midstreys and a large central range of wooden casements. Inside, there are six bays with aisles, supported by quadrant braces and a clasped purlin roof. The date "W H 1725" is inscribed on an aisle post within the left-hand porch.
