Description
This is a barn located approximately 50 metres north-west of Lower Hernes, likely built in the early 18th century. It features a flint base with brick dressings, brick and flint end walls, and large timber framing. The exterior is covered with weather boarding and topped with an old plain tile roof. The barn has five bays and a central gabled midstrey on the north side. The doors are currently missing. Inside, there are jowled wall posts and a queen-strut roof.
