Description
The barn, located approximately 40 metres east of Freize Farmhouse, is likely from the early 18th century. It has a brick base and a timber frame, with weatherboarding on the exterior and a plain tile roof. The barn consists of eight bays, featuring two midstreys with plank doors; the door on the right has a gabled roof above it. The barn’s structure includes jowled wall posts and a queen-post half-hipped roof. A single-storey wing was added in the 19th century to the north side.
