Description

Middle Lodge in Friar Park is a late 19th-century building constructed of red brick with stone dressings and a tile-hung upper storey beneath a gable. It features a tiled roof and is composed of one and one-and-a-half storeys with two windows. An elaborate stone square bay window faces east. The buildings of the Friar Park estate are part of a group, and the lower lodge, entrance walls, gates, and piers also form a group with Ancastle Cottage located opposite.
