Description

This is a pair of mid-19th century buildings located at numbers 8 and 9 Griffin Street. They are three storeys high with a basement, and are rendered in appearance. The roof is tiled. Each building has one sash window per floor, although most of the original glazing bars are missing. Number 9 retains a narrow wooden weatherhood supported by brackets, while number 8 has lost a similar feature. Numbers 1 to 10 Griffin Street form a notable group.
