Description
No. 7 Griffin Street is a mid-19th century building that stands three storeys tall with a basement, finished in stucco. The façade features two sash windows, which primarily have vertical glazing bars. The lower floors have cambered heads above the windows. On the left side, there is a doorcase adorned with an open pediment and pilasters. This property is part of a group that includes Nos. 1 to 10 Griffin Street.
