No. 8 Chapel Street is a mid-19th century building constructed of stucco. It features a parapet and cornice and stands three storeys tall with three windows. The windows are sashes without glazing bars and have moulded architraves, with the first-floor windows adorned with cornices and a segmental pediment above the central window.
