Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Chapel Street in Penzance. It is constructed of brick with granite detailing, featuring chamfered quoins, a blocking course, cornice, string course, and architraves with voussoirs. The building is two storeys high and has three windows. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, and the outer windows have margin lights. A large, late 19th-century shop front occupies the ground floor, containing a central entrance. The roof is slate, with gable ends. The building is part of a group with numbers 5 to 11 Chapel Street.
