Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Chapel Street in Penzance. It is a two-storey building with a painted brick front, featuring chamfered quoins. The roof is slate, hipped, with modillion eaves. The building has three storeys and one window. The second floor has a sash window with margin lights. The first floor has a splayed bay window with a modillion cornice. The ground floor has a modern fixed light window, and to the left, a semi-circular recessed doorway. The building is included on the list for its group value, forming a group with numbers 5 to 11.
