Description

No. 14 Lostwithiel Street is a mid-19th century building constructed of stucco. It has two storeys and features two sash windows without glazing bars, along with rusticated quoins. The front has a large modern shopfront with a deep fascia and a slate roof with gable ends. The rear elevation, which is 18th century stucco, has three storeys and includes two sash windows without glazing bars in moulded cases, as well as two small casements above. The rear has a steep hipped cement-washed slate roof. This building is part of a group with the rear elevations of Nos. 12 and 14 facing Church Avenue.
