Description

A pair of houses dating from the early 19th century. The houses are constructed of textured render with a plain rendered plinth, keyblocks over the ground-floor openings, a sill string to the first floor, and an eaves string. They have an asbestos slate hipped roof with a central axial brick stack. The plan is of shallow depth. The front elevation is symmetrical, with three windows per floor. The windows are original 16-pane hornless sashes, with the exception of the central first-floor windows, which are paired 8-pane sashes (blind below). Doorways are located at the far left and right, both with 6-panel doors. The interior has not been inspected.
