Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Lostwithiel Street in Fowey. It is constructed of stucco and has two storeys. The front elevation features three sash windows without glazing bars, set within moulded exposed casings. A modern door has been centrally placed, and is set back. The front elevation was built forward of an earlier building, the rear of which retains three sashes with glazing bars. The rear elevation, which faces the Church, contributes to the group value of Nos. 12 and 14, when viewed from Church Avenue.
