No. 18 Lostwithiel Street is an 18th-century building constructed of stone rubble, located on a projecting corner site. It features two storeys and an attic, with one window on each elevation, all fitted with sashes that have glazing bars. The south elevation includes a small plate glass shop front. There is a ripped dormer with slate-hung sides, and the building is topped with a steep hipped slate roof.
