Description

Sparrow Court is a mid-18th century house located on the north side of Forge Lane in Whitfield. It is constructed of flint with red brick dressings, topped with a plain tiled roof. The house is two storeys high, featuring a hipped roof and stacks at the left end and paired at the right end. The windows are regularly spaced, consisting of two glazing bar sashes on each floor, separated by rendered panels. Ground floor windows incorporate round headed transom bars within the sashes. A central boarded door is topped with a moulded flat hood supported on iron brackets.
