Description

Singledge is a house dating from around 1800, constructed of painted brick with a plain tiled roof. It stands two storeys high and features a moulded eaves cornice beneath a hipped roof, with stacks positioned on both the left and right sides. The front has a regular arrangement of windows, including two tripartite glazing bar sashes and a central single glazing bar sash on the first floor. The ground floor includes two tripartite glazing bar sashes flanking a central door, which has six panels and is topped by a semi-circular fanlight. The door is framed by a pilaster doorcase with a pediment.
