Description
Newsole Farmhouse is a house dating from the 16th century and mid 17th century. It is timber framed and clad with painted brick, with exposed painted brick infill on the rear elevation. The farmhouse has been extended with painted brick and features a plain tiled roof. It stands two storeys high on a plinth, with a hipped roof to the left and a roof that steps up to the right, culminating in a shaped gable of complex outline. The right end bay has a plat band. There are stacks located at the centre right on the front elevation, as well as at the centre and projecting from the end right. The building has three wooden casements on each floor, with segmental heads on the ground floor. There are boarded doors to the left and centre. The rear of the farmhouse displays an exposed large panelled frame, partly underbuilt with painted brick.
