Description

Yew Tree Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is timber framed and weather boarded, topped with a thatched roof. The cottage is one storey with an attic and features a hipped roof, two raking dormers, and a stack on the left side. The front has two glazing bar sash windows and a central boarded door set within a panelled gabled porch. There is also a weather boarded outshot that projects to the left. This cottage is a remarkably unaltered example of a small late 18th-century dwelling.
