Description
Worth Farmhouse is a house dated 1675, constructed of red brick with a plain tiled roof. It has two storeys set on a plinth, featuring a plat band. The roof is adorned with segmental Dutch gables that have both convex and concave outlines, and there are chimney stacks on both the left and right sides. The building has a regular arrangement of three glazing bar sash windows on each floor, with a blocked doorway at the center of the ground floor; the current entrance is located on the rear elevation. On the front elevation, there are two oval recesses, one inscribed with the letter "E" and the other with "1675." Additionally, there is an oval recess on the right gable inscribed with "G E," indicating that it was renovated in 1928.
