Number 11 Mercery Lane is an 18th-century building that stands four storeys tall and is constructed of painted brick. It features a parapet with stone coping and has two sash windows with intact glazing bars, along with stone heads and cills. The shopfront is a later 19th-century addition. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 8A, Nos 10 to 16, and Nos 38 to 44 on Burgate, as well as Nos 1 to 9 on Butchery Lane. Additionally, Nos 10 to 16 form a group with Nos 6A and 7 on The Parade.
