Description

4 The Parade is a late 15th-century building that was altered in the 19th century. It has three storeys and is constructed of painted brick. The building features an old tiled roof with two dormers and a wide wooden bracket cornice. On the second floor, there are three 19th-century sash windows with Regency blinds, while the first floor has three 18th-century sash windows with intact glazing bars. The ground floor includes a modern shop front and a left-side doorcase that has a rectangular fanlight above a six-fielded panelled door. This building, along with No. 3, forms a group.
