Description

Number 12 on The Parade is a building with a medieval interior that was refaced in the 18th century. It has three storeys and is constructed of painted brick, topped with a hipped old tiled roof. The building features one window set within an Italianate architrave. The later Victorian shopfront is notable for its cornice with modillions, four fluted composite columns, and scrolled risers. Number 12, along with number 13, forms a group.
