Number 9 on The Parade is a timber-framed building dating from the 16th to 17th century. It has three storeys and an attic, with a plastered exterior and a gable front. The building features two sashes with intact glazing bars and two triple sashes. The floors overhang, and there are modern shopfronts at the ground level.
