Description
Messrs Cozens is a mid-Victorian industrial building located at 944 Broad Street. It is two storeys tall and constructed of red brick, featuring a pedimented end and a slate roof. The front elevation includes two cambered sash windows. The side elevation is partially weatherboarded and has a continuous casement window with wooden glazing bars.
