Description

This is a two-storey timber-framed building, largely reconstructed in the 19th century. The front is stuccoed, with an old tiled roof featuring three dormers. There are three sash windows on the upper floor, each with moulded architraves and vertical glazing bars. Bressumers (projecting beams) are visible. The ground floor of number 37A has a doorcase with a moulded architrave and a 19th-century shopfront. Number 38 has a single sash window and a doorcase featuring a rectangular fanlight above the door. The south wall has a crow-stepped gable end. Numbers 33 to 44 (consecutive) and number 46 form a group.
