Description

This is an 18th-century barn, extended in the early 19th century. It is timber framed and weatherboarded, with a later red brick extension. The roof is covered in plain tiles. The barn has a half-hipped design and corrugated iron doors. Inside, the barn has six bays with aisles, featuring straight quadrant braces to the arcade posts. It has a clasped purlin roof. Attached to the west is a red brick hipped stowage with the base of a roundel at its north end, though the upper section has been removed. To the north of the stowage is the base of a roundel. The building is included on the list for its group value with a fine 16th-century barn located to the south.
