Description
Egerton Cottages is a house dating from the early 18th century, with an extension added in the late 18th century. It is constructed of red and blue brick, with the extension made of red brick, and features a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, set on a plinth, with a hipped roof and chimney stacks located at the left end, centre right, and rear right. There are two raking dormers. The original part of the house includes two wooden casement windows on each floor, featuring segmental heads on the ground floor. To the right, there is a boarded door, and a central blue brick panel is visible on the first floor. The extension to the left has two glazing bar sash windows on each floor and a half-glazed door. Additionally, there is a weatherboarded outshot to the right.
