Description

The gates and railings to Brabourne Churchyard, located between Coquet Lodge and Church Farmhouse, date from the early 19th century. They are made of painted cast iron and feature low iron rails with dog rails and flattened floriate finials, standing about 1 metre tall. The structure includes Gothick arched incised posts that support two gates designed in the same style as the railings, complete with a segmental cross-bar. This installation is included for its group value.
