Description
The Church of St James, built in 1835 by J Colson, is located in Micheldever. It features an aisleless chancel and nave, a south porch, and a vestry situated to the north of the chancel. The church has a red tile roof and a small stone bellcote above the west gable. The walls are made of flint with stone dressings, showcasing three cusped lancets that are coupled at the west end, along with a small four cusped window, and triple lancets at the east end. Diagonal stepped buttresses add to its architectural detail, and the interior includes Victorian fittings.
