Description

Flowerpots is a group of three 18th-century buildings, altered in the 19th century. The main front (facing south-east) is symmetrical, originally with a 1-3-1 window arrangement, although the side elevations have been altered to create gables. The roof is tiled, with cusped bargeboards to the gables and brick dentils to the other eaves. The walls are red brick in a Flemish bond with rubbed flat arches. Four thin pilasters mark the re-formed side units. The central windows are sash windows, while others are later casements. A blocked Venetian window is visible on the upper wall of the west elevation. A plain doorway with a fanlight is set within a modern porch. A gabled porch with cusped bargeboards is located on the west elevation.
