Description

This barn, located 50 meters east-southeast of Parsonage Farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century. It features a timber frame encased in brick walls adorned with blue header diaper work and has a corrugated iron roof. The barn is designed as a five-bay aisled structure with a central hipped midstray porch and ventilation slits arranged in a row along the walls. Inside, there is a queen strut roof supported by posts on piers, with ties to the wallplates, curved braces to the aisleplates and tiebeams, and curved windbraces.
