Description

No. 30 East Street is a pair of houses that have been converted into one dwelling, dating from the early 19th century. The building is constructed of stucco and features a slate roof. It stands two storeys tall and has two windows. The walling displays joint markings above a plinth. The ground floor has casement windows with pointed lights. The doorcase is notable for its moulded canopy and carved brackets above panelled pilasters, leading to a six-panelled door, two of which are glazed, set above stone steps. At the rear, there is an extension with a half-hipped tile roof.
