Description

No. 13 East Street is a house built in the 18th century, with a symmetrical front added in the mid-19th century. The building is constructed of stucco and features a tiled roof. It has two storeys and an attic, with two windows on the front. The exterior includes a plinth, first-floor banks at the window heads and sills, and a moulded eaves cornice. There are angular two-storeyed bays with sash windows and a leaded roof, as well as a central flat-roofed dormer that also contains sash windows. The stucco doorway has a sloping head, a moulded cornice supported by moulded brackets, a cambered opening, a plain fanlight, and a six-panelled door.
