Description

This is an 18th-century house and shop, with alterations made in the early 19th century. It is constructed of stucco and has a tile roof. The building is two storeys high with an attic, and has three windows. It includes a plinth and plain window surrounds. The windows are Victorian sash windows within exposed frames. The east side features shop windows, plain on one side and a wide, shallow rectangular bay projection on the other. The doorcase has a moulded cornice, double scroll brackets above thin pilasters and panelled reveals, with a 20th-century high-glazed door. There is one flat-roofed dormer with a casement window.
