Description
This is a late 18th-century house and shop. It is constructed of stucco with a tile roof. The building is two storeys high with an attic, originally featuring two windows. Later additions include two 20th-century dormers with flat roofs. The wide eaves have cornice moulding and a frieze, and a plinth. The east side features sash windows, while the west side has an angular bay with sash windows and Doric pilasters, topped by an entablature with triglyphs. On the ground floor is a 20th-century shopfront with a projecting fascia, incorporating an angular bay that aligns with the first-floor bay. A gateway is located at the west end, featuring two rusticated piers with moulded caps and a plain plinth.
