Description

No. 35 West Street is an 18th-century house constructed of painted brick and topped with a tile roof. The symmetrical front, facing north, features two storeys and an attic with two windows. There is a 20th-century flat-roofed dormer that includes casement windows. The house has a modillion eaves cornice, a first-floor band, and a plinth. The ground-floor windows are designed with five narrow round-headed lights and have a fascia above them. The entrance has a plain doorway with a flat canopy supported by brackets.
