Description

The property comprises a row of cottages, dating from the 18th century and early 19th century, with a late 19th-century extension and 20th-century features. Originally listed as Croft Anna & Bank End, it was previously described as five cottages adjoining White Hart Cottages on the east. The walls are constructed of brickwork in three phases, all using a Flemish bond pattern. The ground-floor brickwork is made with thinner bricks, while the upper layer beneath the eaves demonstrates a late 19th-century raising of the range. The eastern unit is built of flintwork with brick dressings. The roofs are tiled and hipped at the east end, with a shafted stack. The north front elevation has two storeys and five windows above four. The windows are casements. There is a plain doorway. The brickwork includes the inscription "1.P" above the date 1761.
