Description
No. 7 College Street is a building dating from around the 18th century. It is two storeys high with an attic and constructed of red brick, topped with a tiled roof. The front facing the road has three windows, with a central first-floor window featuring a raised brick architrave adorned with an outer moulding carved in an acanthus pattern. The east side of the building has five windows, all of which have sash frames with glazing bars. There is a doorway that is covered by a hood supported on brackets. A string course runs along at the first-floor level, and the building is finished with a cornice, modern dormers, and tall brick chimney stacks.
