It is constructed of red brick and has an old tiled roof that is set behind a parapet, with two brick coped gable ends. The building is two storeys tall with attics and has floor bands. There are four sash windows with glazing bars, set in broad, nearly flush frames, and these are positioned under flat arches. On the ground floor to the right, there are triple light windows. The right central entrance features a six-panel door with a rectangular fanlight in a panelled reveal, surrounded by fluted Doric pilasters under an entablature.
