Description

This is an early 19th century building on the south side of Whitehorse Street. It is constructed of red brick with a Welsh slate roof hidden behind a parapet. The building is two storeys high and features five windows. The upper floor windows are flat-arched and have four sash windows with glazing bars within reveals, alongside one dummy window. The building is included on the heritage register for its group value, alongside numbers 2 to 32 (even) and 40 to 44 (even), as well as 20A and 20B. The ground floor shop front has been altered in the 19th century.
